Class Experience
Students will build foundational knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
I hold a Bachelors of science in Health Sciences and a Masters of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics. I am a full-time healthcare professional (resident orthotist). I have been a science educator for over 6 years.
- coloring materials - access to a printer is strongly recommended
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
There will be images of muscles and organs presented in this class. Most images will be drawn or electronically generated; however, there may be some photos of live or cadaver based anatomical structures. If your child has a sensitivity to such images, please let me know.
