Learn some fun and useful signs of the beautiful language of American Sign Language.  You will learn: greetings, some animals signs, some food and drink signs, some home signs, some sports signs, and learn some cool facts about the Deaf community, including some misconceptions people have regarding D/deaf and Hard of Hearing people. The teacher will show the signs and have learners copy each sign. The students will look to a...

Learners will learn some basic ASL signs and learn some interesting facts about the Deaf community.

No homework.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

No assessments.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
