Introduction to Active Listening for Little Learners

Did you know we don't just listen with our ears? We listen with our eyes, our mouth, our hands, and our feet as well. You can even listen with your brain and your heart!

We will explore what active listening (or whole body listening) looks like, feels like and sounds like throughout this class.
