Class Experience
The instructor's has a B.A. in Psychology, a Master's degree in Liberal Studies (humanities), and she has dedicated over 30 years of her life to the independent studies of eastern culture. She holds the highest qualifications from Yoga Alliance (which certifies high standards of Yoga teachings worldwide, being Lead Teacher Trainer); is a Yoga Therapist; and a college professor of Yoga, having taught Yoga as a humanities class and as a Body & Mind discipline.
Learner will need a quiet and comfortable work space, free from unnecessary electronic devices. For the theory part of the class, Learner may want to have a notebook & pen to take any notes if desired. For the Yoga intro. practice part of the class, Learner may do so while sitting on a chair, ideally a chair without arms, and/or a Yoga mat.
Informal, via a final review with Q&A
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
