Learner is guided through 3 meditations cultivating mindfulness, loving kindness, as well as a deeper self-love/understanding, offering nurturing and insightful skills to relax and plant the seeds to create inner harmony & wellbeing.

Class experience

Teacher's background is in psychology; in addition she has studied Yoga Psychology, is an experienced Meditator and teaches private students (teenagers and adults), at a counseling center (children, teenagers and adults) and at the  college level (adults) as an elective class.

Informal by assessing students understand the process of meditation and clarifying any questions they may have.
Grades Offered
Learner will require a quiet space in the home without interruptions or unnecessary electronics.  Learner may practice sitting on a chair in the western style, or in the traditional meditative posture sitting in a comfortable cross legged pose.  Either choice is fine, what matters is that Learner will be comfortable so he/she may hold the pose steadily and comfortably.  Learner may want to keep a notebook and pen handy to write down any notes of personal interest like in a journal.
