Welcome! I will be teaching an introduction to Spanish Class online. We will be using engaging activities, games and songs to learn some basics of the Spanish language. Students will be introduced to simple Spanish vocabulary and pronunciation. From my experience, learner interaction is key to learning a new language so students will have multiple opportunities to participate throughout the lesson! No prior knowledge is needed in order to succeed in this class. Students with little to no knowledge of Spanish are encouraged to sign up!

Hello!
My name is Abigail Ortega. I teach English and Spanish Language classes. I have my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Teaching with an emphasis in Spanish. I have experience teaching elementary, middle, and high school both in the United states as well as in Ecuador. I believe in the importance of engaging students in the learning process and making learning fun!
