Students will learn public speaking by getting quick and easy tips on practicing incorporating body language into presentations, and much more. The class is going to begin with a short introduction to public speaking skills. Each student will have various exercises in class to practice. During class students will be asked to actively engage one another. Students will engage one another in games such as two truths and a lie, Taboo. I will have students complete a story from a topic or phase I give them. Each student will have a turn to add to the narrative of the story and then pass along the story to another classmate once they finish their part of the story.

Supply List
Each student will need writing tablet for note taking. This class requires writing utensils pen and pencil.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
