Description

Class Experience

The student will learn how the parkour mindset is about overcoming obstacles physically, emotionally, and mentally.
The student will have fun moving while staying safe and developing character.
Challenges will be assigned after the live zoom meeting. These will be modifiable for all skill levels and can be done all at once or used as a parkour practice guide throughout the week!
Comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in! Tape would be helpful to use as a fake ledge while we do the indoor portion of the class!
Learner progress is assessed informally and the students will be encouraged to self-assess what areas they are doing good in and what ares they would like to improve in.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Please make sure your students have an open area to move during the zoom lesson and access to a park or picnic area after the class to work on assignments. Participants will need proper footwear and a water bottle. Parents should understand what the practice assignments are for after class so they can supervise and help their child stay safe while practicing on their own at a local park or picnic area.
