Are you looking for a fun, interactive way to teach your young child the basics of math? Look no further! This class will offer the basics of mathematics in a fun, eye-opening way. I have been tutoring mathematics since 2014. In this class we will practice using numeral recognition with dominoes and dice. 1- Practice our numbers 1-10 2- Make a dice/domino craft (I will send the pdf before class) 3- We will play a matching game to determine mastery 4- We will do a fun stacking game to end...
Students will learn the basic beginnings of math. We can go as fast or slow as needed. The students will be able to recognize the numbers 1-10, then practice counting the dots on the dice. This will lead them to be able to accomplish the games. The games at the end are if time permits. The students will be able to use their projects after class to continue playing the game and practicing.
I have been a math tutor since 2014. I have a degree in Child Development so I understand how a child thinks and their attention span, especially towards a tougher subject, such as math. I try to make it as fun and educational as I can. I have taught over 1500 online classes on various platforms.
Homework Offered
We will do most of the projects in class. The student will need paper and a pencil, or a whiteboard. I will ask you to print off some items before class starts and cut them out/color them. There will be a few extra math equations I will send home for extra practice.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

The learner will be assessed at each of the checkpoints to clarify and determine masteryGrades Offered
The student will be asked to print out a few work pages before the start of class. If a printer is not available, you are welcome to draw it by hand. Scissors Crayons Pencil/paper OR whiteboard Dice or Dominoes or anything that has dots or designs to count
The student may need some help cutting out their items before the start of class if they are not allowed to use scissors on their own.
