Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
At the end of the course, students will be able to articulate and apply fundamental principles and concepts in theoretical linguistics. Students will also be able to analyze data sets, summarize patterns and apply linguistic rules. 
Weekly lectures are followed by weekly assignments that are due before the next lecture. Assignments are intended to take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. 
1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
