Class Experience

Learners will discover what special characteristics hunter and show jumper has, history behind each of these horse disciplines, how horse and riders compete, equipment used, and more! This class will be utilizing an eye catching presentation with lots of information, pictures, and two videos to give learners actual examples of each discipline. Learners will be welcome to ask questions and share their experiences.

I have been riding since I was 5 years old, starting in a Western saddle, and quickly switching over to English disciplines. As I grew older, I was able to delve into the world of hunter jumper with professional training and now my focus is on dressage.

Outside of Outschool, I work as an English horse riding instructor. I have been horseback riding since I was 5 years old and have been trained under professional instructors for over 10 years! As I grew older, I was able to delve into the world of hunter jumper with professional training (and riding on my university's team) and now my focus is on dressage. I love sharing the knowledge that I have picked up along the way with other horse obsessed learners!
