Description

Class Experience

In this one time class, students will be introduced to Greek Mythology. We will discuss those who came before the Olympians and how the Olympians cam into power. We will then be introduced to key people in Greek mythology and hear the tales of love, family, and revenge. 
All of the following questions will be answered:
What or who is a Primordial?
Who are the Titans?
Who is considered an Olympian?
How many children did Zeus have, and how did his wife feel about them?
Where did all the...

Students will gain knowledge about people and events in Greek Mythology.

I have been in love with and studied Greek Mythology since I was very young. It is a fascinating subject that I enjoy sharing with others. I have also written a paper on the Greek family tree and therefore have an in depth knowledge of the familial structure. I teach a longer more in depth version of this course already, but wanted to make it accessible to learners who are not able to commit to an 8 week course.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
