Girls should wear a leotard or form fitting top, have a long skirt that is light and can move freely. Boys should have a form fitted t-shirt and exercise pants for easy movement.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners should have an open workout space, wear a leotard or fitted top, proper footwear and a water bottle. If your child has long hair, it should be pulled back into a ponytail or bun.
