This Intro to Executive Function course is a perfect starting point to begin both middle school and high schoolers off on the right foot. This course is great for beginning the school year or returning from any extended breaks. Executive function is broken down into various sections: metacognition, working memory, planning, prioritizing, organization, procrastination and finally time management. This course will briefly touch upon each area listed above and discuss various strategies to overcome challenges within those specific areas. This course is ideal as a beginner executive function course, working towards building a strong foundation of necessary skills to increase productivity in teens. *If you do not see a time slot that fits your schedule, please don't hesitate to reach out to request a specific time, I am more than happy to try and accommodate as many families' schedules as possible.

Students will learn strategies to overcome basic challenges with executive function: time management, planning, prioritizing, organization + procrastination.
