Welcome to "Intro to Evolution: Why Everything Keeps Turning Into Crabs!?". In this hour-long class, students will delve into the basics of evolution, uncovering the reasons behind sea creatures' crab-like evolutionary paths and theorizing about animal traits. Through a blend of interactive lectures, discussions, and multimedia presentations involving a wide biodiverse range, learners will engage in lively exchanges with both myself and their peers, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the subject while fostering curiosity and critical thinking. By the end of the session, students will be able to answer this question themselves of crab-ification all on their own!

------

This is an autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergences-friendly classroom. I myself am neurodivergent and this an open space where a student does not need to mask. Miscommunication will not be assumed to be rudeness, and I want curiosity to thrive. I will additionally, joyfully always accommodate best I can if any needs or learning strategies are provided ahead of time.
