In this class, learners will be introduced to the equine (horse) disciplines of dressage. Learners will discover the history behind dressage, equipment used, examples, and more!
Class experience
They will learn what dressage is, special characteristics dressage has, history behind dressage, how horse and riders test, and more! This class will be utilizing an eye catching presentation with lots of information, pictures, and two videos to give learners actual examples of each discipline. Outside of Outschool, I work as an English horse riding instructor. I have been horseback riding since I was 5 years old and have been trained under professional instructors for over 10 years! I love sharing the knowledge that I have picked up along the way with other horse obsessed learners! I started under the Western saddle, but quickly changed to the English saddle as a youth. My primary focus was Hunter/Jumper, but now as I have gotten older, my focus is on Dressage.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
