This class will teach you from the same learning materials I was given during my one month training as Caricature Designer here at Disney theme parks in Orlando Florida! We'll cover the parts of the face and where they go from babies all the way to adulthood and how they differ. I strive to make a safe space for young artists to share with loads of positive motivation. We'll start every class with either introductions or show and tell from our sketchbooks/roll call. From there...
Students will learn to draw any face presented to them.
Practice, practice, practice!
Sketchbook or Paper (at lease 8.5x11), Mechanical Pencil, Black Crayola Magic Marker (the fat ones with conical tip; knockoffs at Dollar Tree), Eraser
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
