In this Intro to Criminal Law class, students will learn about inchoate crimes-solicitation, conspiracy, and attempt. The students will follow along a google slide presentation, which will begin with me lecturing about each offense, followed by an open discussion question. During the open discussion questions, students will be given the opportunity to talk with each other about if the fact pattern meets the elements of the crime that was just taught. Since this class is part 2 in a series of criminal law classes, it is strongly recommended to have taken part 1 (elements of a crime) first.
