This flex class will teach students the fundamentals of criminal law. Students will have access to video instruction which will be the teacher lecturing to a google slide presentation. Each presentation will have Fact Patterns that contain a set of facts and the students will need to apply the elements that were just taught to the problem. Students will be expected to apply what has been taught to the fact pattern and discuss their findings in the class discussion board by the end of the week.
