Learning Goals

Coders play an essential role in our everyday lives, from designing reliable apps and games for all ages.

Coders play a crucial role in advancing our technology to help me make our world a more connected and safer place.

Students will learn the basics of coding games in our Coding & Game Design class and understand its steps to create a successful design.

In this course, students will put on their coding caps and test their abilities by creating different projects related to the commands learned throughout the class. Students will learn that being a game coder starts with understanding the vocabulary and navigating and troubleshooting errors that may arise.

With the instructor's guide, students will learn that they, too, can be a part of the coding process if they are willing to try.
