Students will learn the basics of balloon from a professional balloon modeller. No previous experience is required. Lock Twist: How to twist balloon bubbles and keep them secure. Ear Twist: How to make a small balloon bubble and twist it (ear twist) which forms a bubble which resembles an ear. This can be used to make an ear such as on a reddy bear balloon model. Inflating: How to correctly inflate a modelling balloon and the different types of balloon pumps available on the market. Balloon Types: There are various types of balloons used by balloon modellers worldwide. Students will learn the different types and what each type are used for. Getting Creative: Students will learn and make the following balloon models: Dogs, flower on a stem, hats, teddy bears, swords, guns, motorbikes and more!

It's advised that students have modelling balloons during the class and a balloon pump. Ideally professional modelling balloons.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Two years later, I reinvented myself as a children's entertainer. My main skills/services are balloon modelling, ventriloquism and children's magic show.
I have been a Principal and teacher at my own performing arts school in Blackpool, UK for several years.
I'm also a pantomime actor/director/script writer/producer/casting director.
I've been a member of Equity, the trade union for people working in the entertainment industry since 2004.
I teach balloon modelling, theatre acting and ventriloquism at Outschool.
