Learning Goals
Students should leave class knowing the big picture of Astronomy. Students should feel comfortable speaking about topics like galaxies, astronomy tools, planets and types of stars. Information about the Earth's movement, location and the Suns energy should connect students with their everyday environment. This course should provide additional understanding of the "how's" and "why's" of how things work.
