Objectives - To prepare students for successful interview. By the end of this course, students will learn all the different kinds of questions that can be asked during an interview. Students will be asked different interview questions and coached how to correctly answer them. Most importantly, students will learn different interview preparation tips which will include how to reduce stress. This course is designed for anyone preparing for a business interview or a college or university...
Students will learn the skills needed to ensure they have a successful interview. They will learn about what interviewers look for from a candidate/applicant.
Learners will be given an assignment after the second session. A random company and position that the student is applying to will be given. Each student need to do some research on the company and be ready to answer those questions if they come up in the interview.
Learners will be given a list of 20 of the most commonly asked questions and how to answer them.
Verbal feedback will be given.
3 hours per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
