Class Experience

In this class, students will review the fundamentals of working out using mostly body weight workout movements (push ups, squats, crunches, etc.) and seek to use more advanced movements such as pylometric movements (jumping), speed and agility drills, jumping rope, burpees, and other high intensity movements with the goals of drastically increasing the students fitness level, as well as their athletic ability. In this class, students will be instructed in all of the movements prior to completing them in the workout. Then the instructor will monitor the students throughout their "working out" to ensure that they are using correct form and staying safe during the duration of the workout.

Class will be divided into the following structure:
2-5 mins - Welcome and goals for the day
10 mins - Dynamic warm up and work mobility/ flexibility
25-30 mins - Explanation of exercises and workout.
5 min - Cool Down
