Have a love of fashion and art? This weekly class will help you learn how to create the most beautiful fashion designs in Procreate. Students will learn how to draw and color their creations. Each week, the teacher will guide the students through a project. The teacher will demonstrate step by step how to draw and color the fashion design. In this course, students will improve their Procreate skills through each class. Students will learn how to use different brushes and the color wheel. They will learn to make a lace overlay and import it into a new drawing. They will work every week with layers. Most importantly this class is lots of fun. It is a great way to share one's love of fashion with other students. Learning to use Procreate is an incredibly useful skill to have, and students will have a lot of fun while mastering it. Some weeks, the teacher will provide a body guide for the drawing. It will be posted in the classroom to be saved onto the Ipad before class. Some weeks, we will create our own body guide. It will just depend on the goals for the week. Some weeks we will draw a face and others we will not. It will depend on the goals of the week and the detail we are adding to the garment. This class will celebrate the beauty of diversity by using different skin tones and body types. Fashion is for everyone! Students must have Procreate downloaded onto an Ipad for this class. Students will need an Apple Pencil or something equivalent to be able to draw the details necessary for this class. (I use a cheaper pencil that I bought off of Amazon for about 25 dollars. It looks very similar to the Apple pencil.) Students will need a second device to log into class and watch the demonstrations such as a cell phone or a computer.
