Description

Class Experience

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: 
- **This is the first of two 2B classes.**
- Speed: Moderate
- This class is appropriate for: Students who are well-versed in French vocabulary and know how to conjugate regular verbs in all present and past tense forms. Students should be familiar with complex pronouns, reflexive and reciprocal verbs, and imperatives. 
- This class is moderate-paced class designed for students who prefer repetition over speed.

Homework will be assigned after each class and should be turned in before the start of the subsequent class. Parents should expect an email if their learner does not submit homework. Students should also review the material provided on the days not attending class (ex: If attending class Mondays and Wednesdays, students should review materials Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays independently).

It is recommended that students obtain a Bescherelle conjugation book.

Students should always attend class with:
- Their French notebook or binder
- Paper
- A writing utensil (pencil or pen)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I try to provide progress reports periodically during the session to keep parents up to date on how their student is performing in class. These are informal assessments that are provided via email.

1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.

Presentations used during class will be provided for download after each class.
