A weekly ongoing French class for advanced beginners who have been doing French for about 6 months Weekly topics: Week beginning ---------------------- 10 October- future simple tense (aller) 17 October- reading comprehension: Les fêtes (holidays / festivals) 24 October- literature in France ( discover different genres and authors of France) 31 October- Comparisons 7 November- donner ton avis (give your opinion) 14 November- Le passé composé (the past tense) with the verb être / to be Classes will include the following topics and will be tailored to meet the requirements of individual students, the aim is to advance students and to increase their French language speaking, reading, writing and listening skills and overall confidence speaking and using French in a natural way - grammar and sentence structure - role play and conversation practice - reading & comprehension practice with authentic French texts

Camilla is a licensed and certified teacher with six years of experience teaching French in person and five years experience teaching online. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in French Teaching from the University of Utah. She also lived in three French-speaking countries for a year and a half (France, Switzerland, Luxembourg). As a teacher, Camilla is patient, encouraging, and upbeat. She makes class enjoyable and stress-free while still creating a challenging learning environment. She enjoys using music, movement, and visuals to help learners focus and engage. Camilla loves the French language and loves sharing her passion with others.
