What is the first feature you notice when you look at someone's face? Most likely it is their eyes! Well, this applies to art as well. The eyes can be the most important feature of a piece of art! That's why I am so excited to teach my students how to draw and shade realistic eyes. In this class, students will learn the basic proportions of the size and spacing of eyes. Then we will discuss how shadows and light perspective effect the shading of eyes. Each student will have the opportunity...
Students will need a pencil, blank paper (preferably sketching paper), a good eraser, and a straight edge to trace (a ruler or piece of paper folded in half).
