Class Experience

Welcome to Intermediate 1, which is the 4th level of Haitian Creole! You should have taken these 3 other classes: Intro, Beginner 1, and Beginner 2 in order for you to sign up your child for this class. In this Intermediate class, you will learn even more Haitian Creole. After just 8 weeks, you will become even more fluent of Haitian Creole. Labouyi Banann:
2 Green Plantains
1/8 tsp of salt
4 anise star
1/4 tsp of almond extract or Vanilla
1/2 cup of sugar
1 can of carnation milk
4 cups of water
Blender to blend the plantains

30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.

Parents, I am advising you of potential hazards, which includes the use of a stove, oven, knives, and other tools needed while cooking these dishes. Please parents be present when class is going on & work with your child to make these dishes. Give your child tasks that they can do.
