In this one time art class artists will draw and paint a very fun cat in the style of Ryan Conners! Will your cat be a hipster, wearing an ugly Christmas sweater, a cool Minecraft t-shirt, or something else creative? You choose!

Class Experience

In this Let’s Paint! series we will focus on painting a close up portrait of a new animal. Artists can follow along as I teach a guided step by step drawing. Once our Cat drawing is complete, we will bring it to life with paint and the coolest ugly sweater or t-shirt a cat could wear! This whimsical Cat was inspired by artist Ryan Conners! She has lots of amazing artwork centered around cats! If your a cat lover…you must check her out!

*In my classes I love to dedicate the first few minutes...

  1 file available upon enrollment1. Canvas (11x14) Watercolor paper works too!
2. Pencil
3. Eraser
4. Black Sharpie
5. Variety of acrylic / or craft paint colors
6. Paint brushes: smaller detail brush and a medium size for larger areas)
7. Water cup
8. Paper towel
9. White gel pen for whiskers (optional)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
