We will be digging in deep and LEARNING about Influential, Black Leaders. It is my hope that you will go beyond Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King Jr to learn about other black leaders. I will provide a list of possibilities and you will be given the opportunity to choose a leader who inspires you! Week 1 You will choose your leader. The teacher will help you to find quality research. We will begin filling out an outline to create your research paper. Teacher will offer feedback to get your learning going! Week 2 We will complete our outlines. Discuss in-text citation. Begin writing our essays. Week 3 We will finish our essays and hopefully sharing to inspire others. Teacher will work with students individually to improve outlines and papers. Students will be asked to share a document with the teacher so that feedback can be offered throughout the class time. I am so excited to learn and grow with you.
