This is a research based class. Students will be encouraged to research influential black leaders of now or the past. Teacher will support research, teach the elements of a 5-paragraph research paper and offer feedback to students.

Class experience

We will be digging in deep and LEARNING about Influential, Black Leaders. It is my hope that you will go beyond Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King Jr to learn about other black leaders. I will provide a list of possibilities and you will be given the opportunity to choose a leader who inspires you!
