3,2,1! Go find something that is ______! In this one time course students will conduct an indoor scavenger hunt. this will be a fun and exciting class that gets students moving and socializing.

With many of our children being stuck inside their home during this tough time, let's have some FUN! Students will be given clues for each item. I will then give them time to go find what they think the item is and bring it back. The items are typical things households usually have, but I can not guarantee that you will have the item, or that the student will know where to find it. I will remind the students to not run and be respectful of their surroundings. I will also remind them to put the items back in the correct spots when class is over. Children will also get an opportunity to discuss what they found.

My name is Shelby Landreth. I have been in the education field for many years. I was an education specialist at a local science museum teaching home school programs, school programs, and camps of many kinds. I also have experience teaching children with special needs. I have worked with these children in a school setting as well as a clinic setting providing ABA therapy. I also own the organization Creative Minds Learning Center LLC that also hosts classes here on Outschool. If there is a class of mine that you do not currently see available or if the class is sold out you may want to check to see if I have another teacher offering the class there.
I believe that there is no reason that education and life skills cannot be fun since it is an essential part of our daily lives. If you are looking for a teacher that loves teaching and wants to teach your child a concept in a way that they will have fun and enjoy the class, you will find it in my classroom with fun games and projects that promote a lifetime fuel for learning.
