Class experience
In this class we will use GoNoodle to get our bodies moving. In each class we will start with a warmup, do a 10-to-15-minute movement activity, and then a bit of a cool down with some breathing. Our warmup and cool down will be the same each day so as the kids continue along they will know what to expect and it gives them a sense of beginning and end to know what is coming.
