This class will last an hour and involve studying, practicing, and mastering topics from Pre-Algebra to Algebra 2. Students will improve upon study skills, self-confidence in learning mathematics, and how to problem-solve efficiently in math classes.
I am a mathematics and computer science double major at the University of Florida. I have prior experience teaching mathematics as well as the essential logic and problem-solving skills associated with conquering all sorts of math problems, from tricky word problems to "caught-you!" arithmetic. My experience with teaching has encompassed all ages and learners from K12 to college level, but my teaching method will largely rely on and be adapted to the specific needs of the learner.
