US Grade 8 - 12
In this class, I will tutor students one-on-one on high school mathematics topics. The class will vary from learner to learner depending on the individualized need. Parents will have the opportunity to provide me with the information on what is needed when they register their learner. My teaching style is very learner centered. I like talking to the students about more than just math topics to get to know them and their interests. The students' input is very much a part of this course. I need at least 3 days prep time after receiving an email with the requested topic from the student/parent.
Learning Goals
Learners will receive guided instruction on an area of high school mathematics. Areas may include general mathematics, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and probability & statistics.
