Class Experience

Students will gain knowledge for their history classes.
Students will practice historical skills and note taking classes.
I have two Bachelor degrees, one in Education and the other in History. I have a Masters in Curriculum development with a focus on History. I hold a Teacher Certification for History grades 7-12th. I have been teaching History for 8 years. I have also been trained by College Board and taught Advance Placement History courses for 5 of those 8 years. The first 5 years, I taught grades 5-8th grade as well as my high school aged students.
(all supplies are optional depending on what the student requests to be the focus of our tutoring session) - Homework - Textbook - Notebook - Any supplies/worksheets you want us to work on
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be discussing history. History does discuss, death, war, and human struggles. With this course I will be looking at what curriculum your student is already familiar with and providing additional guidance. All content that I create will be age appropriate.
