Description

Class Experience

This class is designed to be a one on one ongoing class that is adapted to meet the needs of learners to help them become a better reader and writer. 

Our first class together, I will give learners a diagnostic assessment to find out what their strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to reading and writing.  This will help me know what specific skills to pinpoint and work with learners on in future sessions in order to help them grow.  Our first class will also have some rapport building...

Students will work on phonological awareness, phonics, writing, or comprehension skills pinpointed for their needs to help them become a better reader and writer.

30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
