This class will be a one-on-one tutoring class for learners needing extra assistance in mastering math concepts covered in the elementary grades (3-6).  Unless otherwise stated, it will be assumed that math concepts to be covered during a tutoring session will coincide directly with the age of the learner. Learners will gain a greater understanding of elementary math concepts covered during previous school year.
Learners will receive introductory instruction of elementary math concepts that will be covered in the learner's upcoming grade. (Optional)

During my 27 years of teaching in the public school system, four of those years were spent working as a math specialist.

I recommend students spend independent practice time on Prodigy Math and Xtra Math between sessions.
