This class is learner directed. Whatever the student needs help with in math, he/she will bring it to class and we will work on it together to make it understandable and relieve the frustration. We could cover multi-digit multiplication, long division, adding and subtracting fractions (both like and unlike), improper fractions and mixed numbers. We could also look at geometry and algebra. I have been an elementary school teacher for over 30 years - mostly in 3rd through 5th grades. But I have also been a substitute teacher in all elementary school grade levels.
Student brings whatever math book he/she is working on.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
