Messaging before booking is essential to understand your student's specific requirements. During this session I help students who struggle with the particular problem they are experiencing. Time spent here provides the opportunity to gain skill needed and build confidence in anything English. It can be tailored to assist a student who needs intervention with writing, grammar, spelling, reading, thinking skills and comprehension. Learning deficits seldom find solace in larger classes. ...
The focus for this session covers the areas that was identified as topics to be addressed and assist the student to overcome knowledge gaps.
IEW® reviewed the work my students produced, and this evaluation earned me accreditation at the Certified level. I have used and taught this program since 2008. I hold a BA in Music and Musicology with a focus on African music composition and ethnomusicology. As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about exploring, cultivating, and sharing knowledge. Over the past 12 years I completed a plethora of college credits to upgrade my own skills and update skills from previous studies. These include many credit hours of archaeology, human development psychology, languages, critical thinking-, information-, and knowledge management skills. I personally used IEW™’s #1 award winning methodology to plan and produce all my university assignments, so I know first hand how valuable this process can be. While homeschooling our family, we overcame various learning difficulties and through our own journey, I gained diverse experience with ADHD, ADD, auditory, and sensory integration deficits. A rare vision problem for one of my children resulted in delayed reading and writing, which was thankfully overcome through much patience and intervention. This young man is now a senior @ERAU in Aerospace Engineering! The other, who has severe myopia, graduated early from @Flpoly and is a budding Data Scientist. Success is attainable for everyone who chooses to navigate life with love, patience, precision, and intent. The only goals we get, are the goals we set!
There may or may not be homework. This depends on the task at hand.

55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Writing is a complex activity. There are many different reasons why your student may find this difficult. Most often struggles occur because past instruction and materials that were presented fell outside the student's Zone of Proximal Development. Struggling students thrive quickly with targeted intervention.
Meeting the student at their point of need may require additional materials. Bring the student's current curriculum to the class from where additional materials may be recommended.
