The race is on...... "Indiana Jones dangled from the rope, twisting slowly over the pit. He thrust out a sputtering torch to inspect the pit's cracked and splintered walls. No unusual marks, he noted. Nothing out of the ordinary...yet. A solitary bead of sweat ran down his neck. As Indy inched down the rope, he heard a lonely howl ripple up from below. The wind? A wolf? Worse? He shrugged off the thought and continued climbing down....." Immerse yourself in an epic tale in which intrepid archaeologists tries to beat a band of Nazis to a unique religious relic which is central to their plans for world domination. Battling against a snake phobia, Indiana Jones is in constant peril, making hair's-breadth escapes at every turn in this celebration of the innocent adventure movies of an earlier era. This sweeping Role Playing Game will take a group of adventures across the globe in a race against the mad scientists of the Third Reich to find artifacts with mysterious powers. I have taught history (A.P./GCSE/A-Level/I.B.) for the last thirty years and absolutely love the subject. I firmly believe the RPGs in a 'real' historical setting are one of the best ways to teach students about the time period. Through immersing the student in the clothing, sayings, transportation, events of that period and giving them the chance to explore with their fellow adventures their innate imagination within this setting will see them learn more than by just reading a book or watching a documentary.
