This class is introduction to Indian Cooking where learner will learn few basic Indian spices, ingredients and their uses. Learners will be using basic spices, various cooking techniques along the way to make this Indian dish. They will learn how to make "Seasoning or Tadka" using whole spices. They will learn how to make creamy "Butter Paneer: or "Paneer Mukhani" gravy and learn how to saute and flavor Paneer cubes on a stove top from start to finish along with the teacher. The recipe...
In this recipe we will be making a very creamy, buttery gravy using nuts/dairy/non-dairy ingredients. They will learn how to make basic Indian "Tadka" for the dish using whole and ground spices. They will learn how to prepare paneer for the dish by sautéing it on Stove. They will be also learning how to use blender to make fine gravy.

For safety reason, Parental supervision may be required during "tadka" and use of stove pot.
