The instructor, Chef Alegre Ramos, believes that cooking from scratch is the most powerful way anyone can increase their health, wealth, and happiness. Not only is cooking an essential life skill, but numerous studies have shown that it decreases stress and increases creativity. This class has five parts. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental assistance may be needed in the kitchen or in working the computer. Please be sure to purchase the groceries ahead of time if your kiddo will be cooking along with me. There is a 3 student minimum for this class, so invite a friend! If the minimum number is not met within 48 hours of the class, the class will be rescheduled.
