🎵Calling all music and video game fans, we are super excited to invite your kids to Studio Kidli's In Perfect Harmony: Music in Video Games History Course! ✨ We will not only dive into listening to video game music and history but also create lasting friendships. It's all about using the video games we already love to learn about music and create memories together! 🎮 See the syllabus for more details but here is a small sample of games/series from which we will listen to and analyze the music: - PacMan - Tetris - Super Mario Bros - Sonic the Hedgehog - The Legend of Zelda - Pokémon - Animal Crossing - Minecraft - Wii Sports - Stardew Valley - Undertale - Among Us ☺️ Safety is our priority. Our classes are inclusive spaces where each child gets the chance to showcase their skills and creativity. Your kid's voice and space is protected — we may have our own favorites, likes, and dislikes but each musical opinion is respected. 🏆 Learners will be expected to actively listen and analyze the clips of music for a musical discussion each week. This is a highly interactive class, however learners who feel more comfortable using the chat instead of their voice will be listened to and heard just as loudly as those who choose to participate vocally. 💛 We will also discuss specific video game composers and speak about writing music professionally as a career. 🗨️ We will not be playing the video games during this particular class. We'd be happy to help you find a social class as well where the teacher and students do play games together in a safe manner. In this course, the teacher will be presenting and the learners will be actively listening to discuss the music together. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parent Testimonials ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I can't fully articulate just HOW special Miss Julie is to our daughter and our family. She is an absolute rock-star at guiding and navigating online class conversations for kiddos. She's been such a blessing to our family. Our daughter has taken 3-4 classes with Miss Julie. Each and every class has been awesome." 🗓️ Please contact us if you wish to request a specific day or time that works for your child!
