In this six week high school biology preparation class learners will become familiar with major biology concepts and themes. This class will meet twice a week and will cover material that will allow students to enter high school biology with confidence. 

We will use online reading and my own designed study guides each week. This will allow students to really absorb the information and understand the major concepts of high school biology. 

Classes will be lecture based, with a large emphasis on student questions and discussions. My goal if for the students to deeply understand the concepts, not just memorize a bunch of terms. I strive for an engaging class with lots of student questions and discussions.
