We will learn about self esteem and confidence. We will learn about positive self talk and affirmations as a way to improve self worth. Learners will have a chance to discuss affirmations that they can use daily to improve self worth.

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Learners will learn how to use positive self talk and daily affirmations to improve self worth and confidence. 
I am a licensed therapist and I have specialized in working with children, teens, and families for the last seven years. I have experience teaching mental health wellness classes in both a school and clinical setting. While I am a licensed therapist I will never be conducting therapy with your child. These classes are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for therapy. 
Students will need a journal or blank sheet of paper. Students will also need crayons, markers, or pens.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
