Class Experience
Have you ever wanted to learn some acting skills? Are you interesting in thinking quickly on your feet? Have you ever enjoyed watching individuals perform on the spot through Improv style games and activities? Are you interested in improving your speaking, communication, and acting skills? Then this is the course for you! This one time 50 minute lesson will take 2 to 4 different acting and public speaking concepts that we will practice through specific and fun Improv activities for beginners....
We will improve our public speaking skills, acting, drama, thinking on the spot, and having fun through creative Improv games. The goal of the course is to have fun through creative Improv activities that will improve our acting, public speaking, and thinking on the spot skills.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Informal assessment through Improv Activities and a Formal Assessment at the end of the lesson with a discussion of what we learned.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
