As an experienced improviser, actor and a proud graduate of the esteemed Second City Conservatory program, I will teach you how to apply improvisation skills to your acting.

Improv is a vital skill, not only for rehearsals, but also for on-stage performances, screen roles, and auditions. Learning improv isn't merely about becoming a better actor—it's about expanding your craft and embracing the unexpected.

Through this personalized program, you will:

- Engage in comprehensive scene work: Understand the building blocks of crafting an engaging scene and the essential components that animate it.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I teach classes related to comedy and humor including sketch comedy, improv, and satire writing.

I'm an improvisor, comedian, and writer who has written professionally for web series, comic strips, and satirical publications like McSweeney's. I've been fortunate to graduate from the Second City's renowned Conservatory Program. - with leading comedy actors and writers including Kevin McDonald of TV's The Kids in the Hall and the movie Lilo & Stitch.

I believe that comedy has the ability to improve skills like interpersonal communication and writing as well as boost students' confidence. Whether a learner is the "class clown" or someone who is a bit more quiet, I aim to create a learning environment where they can have fun, gain confidence and learn new skills.

I have a bachelor of arts degree and a master's degree in business.
