Class Experience

In this class, student will learn the "Rules" of Improv and put them into action. They will learn how to use quick-thinking skills to build confidence, create characters organically, write and tell stories for public speaking and presentation, and maybe even improve their comedic timing. I believe in the power of laughing while learning, and this class is full of funny. Every student will have the opportunity to present/perform for the class while playing structured games designed to build confidence, teamwork, creative thinking, and break the inhibitions associated with the fear of failure.

Learning Goals

Students will have the ability to use improvisation to help with a variety of things, from public speaking, performing on stage, and even everyday interactions and thought processing.
