This is a course designed for students looking to improve their writing or those that enjoy impromptu writing. This class is also beneficial to learners that enjoy writing but struggle to come up with a topic. In this one time 50 minute course learners will discover what it takes to write a short story. I have taught elementary school in the brick & mortar public schools for ten years. I hold a West Virginia Teaching Certificate with an Early Childhood endorsement. I also hold a Master Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor Degree in Elementary education. I have been working with children for 17 years through classroom, summer programs, after school programs and daycare. I have also taught online for the last 5 months.

Learners will be assessed based on their written work.
